ZOTAC today unveiled the Nvidia GTX 580 AMP! Edition in order to dominate its competitors. As the name suggests, The AMP edition is an overclocked version of the stock GTX 580 and promises to set the bar for gaming realism.
Overclocked and ready to play...
The GTX 580 AMP Edition‘s GPU has a clock speed of 815 MHz vs the 772 MHz of the reference model. The CUDA cores run at 1,630 Mhz and GDDR5 VRAM boast a clock of 4,100 MHz. The original GTX 580 on the other hand ran at 1,544 MHz and 4,008 MHz, respectively.
