The onslaught of Chinese vendors in India has made the sub-Rs 10,000 an extremely exciting segment. Adding to this excitement are devices that fall into this price bracket after several price cuts. We've compiled our list of the five best smartphones under Rs 10,000.Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G – Rs 7,999The acclaimed Redmi Note 4G that was launched at Rs 9999, is now available at Rs 7,999. Redmi Note 4G first went on sale in India in December 2014. It was Xiaomi’s very first 4G device to be introduced in India, with support for both 4G bands. The Redmi Note 4 sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display. It is powered by 1.6GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8928 processor. The device includes an onboard storage of 8GB and can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone comes equipped with a 13MP rear camera along with a 5MP front shooter for selfies. It is powered by a 3100mAh battery and runs Xiaomi’s MIUI 7.Moto G second generation – Rs 9,999The Motorola Moto G second generation is now among the most sought after device under Rs 10,000 after its recent price cut of Rs 3,000. It comes with a large 5-inch display, an 8MP rear camera and 2MP one on the front, which is a jump from the previous Moto G’s 5MP rear shooter and 1.3MP front camera. Micromax YU Yureka runs on Cyanogen 's CM11 OS on top of Android 4.4.4, which allows you to customise the phone to your liking. It sports a 5.5-inch 1280x720 pixel IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection., and comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 system on chip with 1.5GHz Quad-core Cortex A53 and 1GHz quad-core Cortex A53 CPUs. It houses 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory. You can expand it by adding up to 32GB microSD card. Available on Flipkart, the K3 Note sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution, with a pixel density that goes up to 401ppi. It supports 4G and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with a layer of its own Vibe UI. Under the hood, it comes powered by a 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6572 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The specifications are almost identical to the recently launched Meizu m1 note. On the camera front, the K3 Note comes with a 13-megapixel rear snapper with dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The 16GB onboard storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The connectivity options include 4G (TD-LTE/ LTE), Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS and Bluetooth. A 3000mAh battery completes the package.
