YouTube releases 60fps video support

YouTube had announced support for 48fps  and 60fps (frames per second) videos back in June 2014, but it has rolled out the feature on YouTube today.According to Kotaku, the Google-owned video company is now seeing 60fps videos. It only works in the HTML 5 player and in selected browsers.YouTube sharing had officially hit PlayStation 4 yesterday, allowing users to directly upload their gameplay clips to the service through the DualShock 4's 'Share' button. You can also find and watch videos uploaded to YouTube by your PlayStation Network friends in the 'What’s New' section of the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation mobile app.As YouTube's default is 24fps, gaming videos are now recorded at a higher fps. To view the video in 60fps, you will need to watch the video either in 720p or 1080p resolutions. If you load it in Chrome and click on the resolution icon, you will notice that the 720p and 1080p resolutions displays a 60 next to them indicating that the video runs in 60 fps.
