Winknet has announced the launch of its next generation MF50 3G Pocket Wi-Fi Router. The feature-packed pocket router is targeted towards young professionals, entrepreneurs, upwardly mobile customers who are always on the move, and travellers. The device allows users to remain connected anytime, anywhere and through various access devices.

The Winknet MF50 3G Wireless Pocket Router is a High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) USB Modem with an LCD display, which provides high speed Internet with the USB interface of a computer or Wi-Fi to clients. This mobile hotspot device supports GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA and HSPA. The device allows multiple users and connects with upto 10 devices simultaneously. It can act as a multi-mode wireless terminal for SOHO (Small Office, Home Office) users and business professionals.

The Winknet MF50 3G Pocket Router

According to a statement released by the company, the Wi-Fi Channel Bonding increases the amount of data that can be transmitted and improves download and streaming speeds two-fold. It has an inbuilt signal booster with download speed of upto 14.4 Mbps and upload speed of upto 5.76 Mbps.

Winknet MF50 3G Wireless Pocket Router weighs 80 grams. It is a sleek bar-shaped device with slim and compact design. The device has a 1500 mAh battery, and its memory is expandable upto 32 GB by using a memory card.
