Volition already working on Saint’s Row 4

THQ confirms existence of fourth Saint's Row game.

Well this is bold. Even though there’s nearly a week left for their game to release in the highly crowded month of November, it seems developer Volition are already working on Saint’s Row 4. This tiny titbit of information was ousted by THQ’s head honcho Danny Bilson in an interview with G4TV. Here’s what he had to say, "I already know what Saint's Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than this one. It's a good example of how you take what you have and you say, 'What can happen in the next?'"

Where do the Saint's go from here?

While I appreciate their confidence, it’s kind of worrying to see every single IP in the industry today go the sequel way. It’s not that I don’t appreciate more of the same. It’s just that after three games, the formula you really loved could start to feel stale. There’s obviously no timeline on Saint’s Row 4 release but Saint’s Row 3 on the other hand will be available by the 15th of November 2011 for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC.
