Vertu’s new touchscreen phone has shown up on the Bluetooth SIG website, the site that lists all the products that are Bluetooth certified, as reported by GSMArena. In all these years that Vertu has existed, the company has never launched a touchscreen phone in the market and this seems like the first time the company has ventured into the touchscreen genre. The phone has been named the Vertu Constellation T.The Vertu Constellation T

The Vertu Constellation T

The Constellation will have a 3.5-inch nHD AMOLED touchscreen display with dual mode WCDMA Penta-band 850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz and GSM quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 connectivity. It will have an 8 megapixel camera sensor with twin LED flash and heptagon lens and 32GB of internal memory. As part of the features, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, dual-time zone clock with City Briefs and FM radio have been included. Details about the operating system have not been disclosed with chances being that it will most probably run a refined version of the Symbian UI. Obviously, like the previous Vertu phones, the Constellation T will sport a few precious stones and jewels on the exterior.
