Twitter's Getting Rid of Old Twitter
Twitter put up a prominent banner today saying that the old Twitter will be dying and the new Twitter will be the only version people will be able to use via the website.

It almost looks dangerous
The new Twitter isn't exactly a very intuitive change to the old Twitter and while most people are using Twitter desktop applications instead of the site, there have still been a lot of complaints against the new Twitter among those users that still use the web interface. It seems like the reason that Twitter's taken so long on the conversion, really isn't about the users, but more that it's had technical difficulties with the newer version. The website did have to go back to the original version when the new version ran into some bad code.
Paddy does not, we repeat, definitely does NOT belong in the category of Mac-head (yeh right!). She does get excited by her iPhone and her iMac and her iPod Nano and her Macbook and Bali's iPad and her future iHouse (patent pending). Ok, so maybe her head is a little bit forbidden fruit shaped. She likes shooting video (iPhone 4 camera zindabad!) and editing montages (Final Cut Pro zindabad!), whether the scene calls for it or no. In her spare time, she's either kicking it on stage with KB the keyboard or kicking butt at Taekwondo.
