Updated Twitter app for BlackBerry
The Twitter app for Android and iOS devices had been only recently updated to version 3.3 and 4.3 respectively. One of the biggest additions to the app is the content preview feature. Tweets with links expanded give the reader a better glimpse at the content, similar to the Twitter previews for images. The app now shows snippets from Etsy, Kickstarter, Vimeo, and others. Notifications have also been improved. Users now have the option to get a notification whenever a certain twitter user tweets. The search and autocomplete functions have been improved and the iOS version of the app now has a better layout to track hashtags.
