Twitter is down for some users again

Update: Twitter is down, as of Tuesday afternoon. The website shows an error page, "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing—we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon." As of now, Twitter is working for Android and iOS users.  Microblogging social network Twitter suffered a brief outage on Monday, affecting services for about 10 minutes. The issue was fixed, but the company did not elaborate.The outage also impacted some of its users in India. "Between 6:23 am and 6:33 am PST (7.53 pm and 8.03 pm IST), some users were experiencing issues accessing Twitter via mobile and the Web. This issue has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience," Twitter said in a blog post.When visiting the desktop site, users are greeted with the message, "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing - we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon."Twitter service has been experiencing several disruptions over the past few months, with the most recent outage being reported on January 15.PTI
