With the additional $40 million Turbine’s gained through their new partnership with Time Warner Inc. and GGV Capital, they are all set to develop an MMO for consoles. The company's CEO Jim Crowley spoke to MMORPG.com about the same, but didn't reveal any specifics such as platforms or what the game’s setting will be, but be assured that they have the experience required to develop a great MMO.
Turbine is the studio behind hit MMOs like Lord of the Rings Online: Shadow of Angmar, Asheron’s Call and the MMO that didn't do all too well – Dungeons and Dragons Online.
