TGS 09: Cameron/Ubisoft Avatar Game Due End of 2009
Ubisoft is planning on launching the Avatar game sometime at the end of 2009.

James Cameron’s highly anticipated 3D movie, Avatar, that’s been in the making for a loooong time is now a game that’s gearing up for a launch. If the movie’s as good as they’re hoping this could be a great Christmas present (maybe). Ubisoft is planning on launching the game sometime at the end of this year.
According to the reports, don’t expect the story in the game to be just like the movie’s so let’s hope the deviation would be as entertaining as the movie might be. Could go either ways right now since the movie’s not out yet. The same reports also mention that the game involves you as the player, switching between human and the Avatar and giving you the option of then deciding which you’d prefer to be.
Let’s see what our intrepid gamers who will be covering the event Live from Tokyo have to say about it, stay tuned to Tech2eets and Tech2.com.
