Bad (or could it be good) news for Halo fanboys; Halo, the movie (that was to coincide with Halo 3's release) has been pushed back from the summer of 2007 to 2008.The movie hasn't been attached to any director or actors as of now, but gamers did breathe a sigh of relief when they knew Uwe Boll wouldn't be attached to this project. Peter Jackson (Lord of the Ring trilogy, King Kong and the most excellent cult classic Bad Taste) will be producing the movie that's rumored to be shot in his homeland - New Zealand.If this news has really bummed you out, you could head over to The Bungie Store to fulfill those Master Chief fetishes with an official Halo 3 t-shirt.
