Samsung might unveil 4K display foldable handset Galaxy X in 2017: Report

Rumours are doing rounds that Samsung will unveil five flagship smartphones in 2017, including the Galaxy X which is a foldable handset with 4K display. A report suggests that five Samsung flagships might debut in 2017 which include the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8 Edge, Galaxy Note 7, Galaxy Note 7 Edge and of course the Galaxy X.A Korean IT news portal had reported last month that Samsung is working closely with many of its acquired technology companies to implement the foldable smartphone. The report adds that the product can be a 5-inch smartphone and a 7-inch tablet if opened up. It can be carried like a wallet and can be opened up when in use.Foldable displays are not something entirely new for Samsung. During an event called FPD 2010, the company had displayed its foldable OLED display for TVs. Samsung had claimed back then itself that the display could deliver a full HD as well as 3D viewing experience.
