Reliance Offers Integrated Billing for Nokia Ovi Store

Reliance Communications and Nokia have tied up today and announced a partnership that will bring integrated Ovi Store billing to Reliance subscribers. The Ovi Store is Nokia's idea of a one-stop-shop for mobile content, using which users can personalize their Nokia devices. It contains applications, games, videos, podcasts, productivity tools, web and location-based services etc, and those who didn’t have a payment option for the Ovi Store now have access to it.

A tie-up of convenience, for users that is.

This relationship brings exclusive apps through Ovi Store coupled with a convenient purchase process. This service will usher in significant growth in adoption and usage of apps in India. This service will be available to both post-paid and pre-paid users, with the payments being made either in the form of the monthly bill, or deductions from the pre-paid balance.
