Pentax Launches Two New D-SLR Cameras
Pentax promises user-friendliness and great features on its latest D-SLRs.

Pentax recently launched two spiffy new digital SLR (D-SLR) cameras in the Indian market— the K100D and the K10D.
The K100D includes some essential features like Pentax's own Shake Reduction (SR) system, high-precision autofocus and auto sensitivity control. Along with these features, the K100D comes in a compact body, which really helps when lugging the camera around on outdoor shoots.
The K100D boasts an effective resolution of 6.1 megapixels and incorporates a 2.5" LCD screen. It offers a top shutter speed of 1/4000 to capture fast moving objects. Moreover with its 2.8 images per second shooting speed, you're likely not to miss that crucial shot.
Pentax also launched the K10D 10.2 megapixel camera with an array of advanced features, which include a Dust Removal system to keep your images spot-free, and a dust-resistant, weather-resistant body. With these features, you no longer need to run into hiding when the forces of nature get a little rough at your shooting locations.
The Pentax K100D is available at an MRP of Rs 46,999 and the K10D at Rs 67,000.
