OnePlus confirms that the OnePlus 5 will receive its much-awaited DxOMark score soon

OnePlus took to Twitter on Tuesday to finally answer a question a lot of people have been asking the company lately and that is — Why hasn't the OnePlus 5 received its DxOMark Mobile score yet?Following weeks of asking, the company has finally assured fans and critics alike, that the score will be arriving soon. DxOMark's benchmark is considered as the gold standard as far as image quality ratings are concerned and is considered as one of the most comprehensive imaging benchmarks around.OnePlus back in May had confirmed that the company had teamed up with DxOMark to work on improving the dual cameras on the OnePlus 5. However, there was no mention of DxO by the company following the launch of company's flagship or during the launch event increasing speculation of a relationship that turned bitter.OnePlus' diegohonz had said in a OnePlus forum thread, back in May, “We’re happy to announce that we have teamed up with DxO to enhance your photography experience with our upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 5.”The thread had not received any further update until last week went diegohonz wrote, "We know you guys are very curious about how everything goes with DXO, so we'd love to let you all know that we are still working closely with DxO to optimize the OP5 camera."OnePlus also tweeted to let enthusiasts and potential buyers know that the OnePlus 5 Midnight Black 8 GB RAM variant with 128 GB of storage was back in stock on the OnePlus store.
