OnePlus 2 'Mini' leaks on GFXBench; reveals Snapdragon 810 inside
A GFXBench report has revealed that the much-rumoured OnePlus Mini a.k.a OnePlus Two Mini also packs in a flagship grade Snapdragon 810 chipset.

Many of you may be holding on to your smartphone purchase in the hopes that things will get cheaper in the coming year, well if OnePlus has its way, other brands would have a tough time keeping up with their low prices. A GFXBench report has revealed that the much-rumoured OnePlus Mini a.k.a OnePlus Two Mini also packs in a flagship grade Snapdragon 810 chipset.Coming to the hardware details that have surfaced, it is easy to say that this smartphone sits just below the OnePlus 2 and a notch above the OnePlus X. The devices packs in a 4.6 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The primary camera is a 13 MP unit, while the front-facing camera is a 5 MP unit. The smartphone similar to the OnePlus 2 cuts down on NFC and a barometer as well.We could indeed be looking at the 'Compact' smartphone here, one that is similar to Sony's Compact series of smartphones, that are just smaller in size with innards that are identical to its bigger siblings.Seems like OnePlus is not building a 'Mini', but a 'Compact' smartphone that comes with the processing chops of its flagship siblings. While this may sound like a great idea, pricing will indeed be the main factor as it is with Xiaomi's Redmi Note 2 Pro that packs in a flagship MediaTek chipset with standard hardware.
