Ola customer charged Rs 149 crore over a cancelled ride

An Ola cabs user from Mumbai was in for the shock of his life when a glitch in the Ola system threw up a bill of Rs 149 crore for a cancelled ride. Rs 127 was automatically deleted from the wallet, with the rest of the amount being demanded in cash. The customer mentioned that the cab driver did not even come to the specified location, and the customer was automatically billed after the ride was cancelled.
