Smartphone maker Samsung, which just lost a major legal battle to Apple in the US, is now facing another lawsuit. This time, LG has trained their guns at the company and the case has been filed in the Seoul, South Korea.
Wall Street Journalhas reported:"The lawsuit alleges infringements of patents on the design of OLED panels, driver circuitry and device design, LG Display said Thursday. "

OLED refers toorganic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology.
The report also states that LG is looking for a permanent ban on Samsung products in South Korea. According to report by The Verge, the devices on the list includes Samsung Galaxy S III and S II, the Galaxy Tab 7.7, Galaxy Note and the Galaxy S II HD.
