Conference calls on Nokia Lumia could become an easy job after Nokia gave its recently launched app “Nokia Conference” a much-needed update. The app is expected to remove the problems faced on a WP8-running Lumia phone while attempting to join a conference call.
As per the Nokia beta Labs, once the app is downloaded and is up and running on your smartphone, the phone will figure out what call it needs to join based on the schedule set on your calendar. The app, in its beta version, can handle recurring calls. The app also provides you with the facility of voice recognition. This means you can join a conference by just saying “conference join".

The conference app can be used for much more than just a conference call
Conference app automatically detects the settings for the conference call systems of many companies, but one can manually add settings for unknown systems.
The full version of the app is expected to be released soon, as the Microsoft team is believed to be improving the app based on user suggestions and other inputs from experts. Some of the improvements include phone number and ID/PIN parsing logic, longer pauses and other UI tweaks and bug fixes.
Nokia Conference is free for Nokia Lumia phones that run Windows Phone 8 (WP7.5 is not supported) and can be download from the Beta Labs website.
