Motorstorm 3: Apocalypse Information trickles through
The Motorstorm festival now braves the apocalypse and looks mighty fine while doing so.

I’ve never been a huge fan of the Motorstorm series as I personally found it a bit too unforgiving for my tastes. Make one wrong turn or screw up once and you’ll find yourself going from #1 to last place in seconds. However after looking at some of the stuff Motorstorm Apocalypse plans on bringing to the table, I am so ready to take my chances with this game.
Can you handle the Apocalypse?
For those who were AWOL during E3 2010, Apocalypse will now feature a crumbling city that’s been ravaged by earthquakes and other natural disasters. But through all this chaos the Motorstorm festival must still live on and players will have to battle it out against other cut-throat competitors and the forces of nature itself.
Recently UK’s PlayStation blog was lucky enough to scope out the game and they shared a few juicy details such as:
- The game will boast of a sophisticated Photo Mode
- Apocalypse will continue to receive post release support
- Full visual and performance customization will now be possible
- Rider taunts being replaced by "insanely flamboyant gestures guaranteed to get your opponents fuming"
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
