Moto G now available online for Rs 15,137 onwards

The Moto G is expected to launch in India officially next month and may even come with KitKat out of the box. But the budget phone with mid-range specs is already available online at Shopyourworld.com for Rs 15,137 onwards. That price is for the 8GB Moto G, while the 16GB version is priced at Rs 17,089. That’s the price for the Moto G without a contract or SIM lock and an unlockable bootloader

The Moto G sports a 4.5-inch HD 'edge-to-edge' display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, amounting to a pixel density of 329ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The handset runs Android 4.3 for now, though the company has “guaranteed” that the smartphone will be getting Android 4.4 KitKat by January next year. Under the hood, the device comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (Cortex-A7) processor clocked at 1.2GHz along with an Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM. cover

For photography, there's a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash as well as a 1.3-megapixel front shooter. The rear camera comes with HD (720P) video recording support. The handset sports a water-resistant nanocoating on the inside and outside.
