Microsoft kit will help users run Windows 10 on a Raspberry Pi

Microsoft has just introduced Windows IoT Core Starter Key, a starter  kit which will help developers to quickly start working on new projects. The company made the announcement that it will bring its Bitlocker encryption and Secure Boot systems to the Windows 10 IoT Core public beta in a push to improve security. The Starter Kit is available at $114.95 (Rs 7600 approximately).According to the Windows Blog, Microsoft announced that they are partnering with Adafruit to release a new Starter Kit designed to get you started quickly and easily on your path of learning either electronics or Windows 10 IoT Core and the Raspberry Pi 2. The kit is now available and includes a compatible set of sensors, electronic parts, wires, and cables that have been verified to work with Windows 10 IoT Core.In addition, the kit also includes an SD card which is pre-loaded with Windows 10 IoT care. Also, one will find a set of 'getting started' instructions along with sample codes for projects.The kit is said to be aimed at Adafruit's core audience of home hackers and also for those who fiddle with hardware in spare time. Added sensors also help users work on various applications as well. Windows 10 IoT Core is available through Windows Insider Program which will also give access to all the Windows Insider releases of Windows.
