Micromax has announced another budget 4G offering called the Canvas Pulse 4G that packs in plenty of power for its Rs 9999 asking price. The smartphone according to Micromax has been built to lead the 4G space, and frankly speaking customers will get plenty considering its asking price.The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with one-cell technology. Inside, we get treated to a 1.3 GHz, octa-core, MediaTek (MT 6753) chipset paired with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The smartphone packs in a 13 MP Auto Focus rear camera along with an LED flash and a 5 MP secondary camera.Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G frontThe device comes with the usual connectivity options including 4G and 3G radios (dual SIM GSM+LTE), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and GPS. The smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and is powered by a 2100 mAh Li-polymer battery.The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G is available in grey and is exclusive to Flipkart. The smartphone seems to pack in plenty of power and can easily be compared with Lenovo's Vibe S1 that comes with  similar hardware (on paper) but is priced a bit higher at Rs 15, 999. Indeed, you do get a glass and metal construction that looks premium, but for those who just want the hardware, the Canvas Pulse 4G seems to be a smarter option.
