Meet Jolly Jam: Rovio's answer to match-three puzzler Candy Crush Saga

Creators of the popular Angry Birds have launched a new mobile game akin to the current poster boy Candy Crush Saga.Rovio's new game dubbed Jolly Jam is a puzzler with a grid of candies, or rather jellies in this case, and one has to connect them in order to eliminate from the board.It isn't a Candy Crush-clone as players have to connect jellies by drawing a box around matching jellies to jump on to the next level. Players have to utilise combo attacks and boosters to defeat jelly monsters and the wicked, three-eyed Boss. In this game, players will be travelling across Jelly Kingdom – from Lemonade Lake to the Chocolate Mountains.The game also lets you go social by connecting to Facebook and challenging friends and Jam Masters around the world. Currently, there are hundreds of levels and the company is working on more.It's too early to say whether it will give Candy Crush a tough competition, but those who want to start playing can download it on their Android and iOS devices.
