Max Payne gets mobile treatment
Rockstar bringing Max Payne to handheld devices this April.

Bringing the pain to handheld devices
The game should be available on both iTunes as well as the Android Marketplace by the 12th of April 2012 and according to Rockstar, this port will be enhanced by HD visuals, better textures, Social Club Connectivity and awkward controls. Ok so the last part may have been made up but you'll forgive us for being cynical. As good as GTA III was, the control scheme on-foot just sucked making combat a complete chore. Considering the fact that Max Payne is all about combat, we only hope and pray the control scheme holds up this time.
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
