Lenovo launches A7000 4G smartphone in India at Rs 8,999
Lenovo will launch its new budget smartphone, Lenovo A7000 in India today. The company had sent out media invites teasing the Dolby Atmos technology. It claims to be the first phone to sport a Dolby Atmos sound.
Lenovo has launched its new budget smartphone, Lenovo A7000 in India today at a price of Rs 8,999. The smartphone will be exclusively available on Flipkart, starting April 15. Registrations for the Lenovo A7000 will begin today.Unveiled at the Mobile World Congress this year, it is successor to the Lenovo A6000. The new Lenovo A7000 sports a 5.5-inch HD display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek chipset paired with 2GB RAM.On the camera front, Lenovo A7000 has an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera. In has onboard of 8GB and can be expanded via microSD card slot. The dual-SIM smartphone will run the latest version of Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.In terms of connectivity, the smartphone includes support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth and microUSB. The device is powered by a 2,900mAh battery. The device weighs 140 grams and will be available in Onyx Black and Pearl White.
