Is Apple planning a new iPod Touch? Credit card company may have leaked Apple's 2017 device lineup

A screenshot that 9to5Mac captured lists an iPhone 8, iPhone 8+, iPhone X Edition, Apple Watch Series 3, Apple TV (2017), iPod Touch (7^th generation) and AirPods. There is also a reference to Bose products, which might indicate the launch of new, iPhone-ready products from Bose (featuring the W1 chip). 9to5Mac also notes that the leaked iOS 11 GM did hint at a new iPod Touch, lending credence to the leak.The Verge suggests that Discover may not actually be aware of Apple’s launch lineup and that this is just the work of a “tech enthusiast” at Discover who prepared for everything. We’re inclined to agree with them, especially as there’s nothing startling and new in the leak. The only notable observation is that Discover refers to the anniversary special iPhone as the iPhone X Edition rather than just as the iPhone X.At the very least, Apple is expected to unveil three new iPhones and a new Apple Watch at tonight’s event.
