Inspan Infotech, an IT distribution company for motherboards and hardware components, has launched the SP-900BT portable Bluetooth speaker from Genius.

Genius SP-900BT is first portable Bluetooth speaker designed to give wireless mobility. The SP-900BT features a built-in lithium battery and works with any Bluetooth-enabled device, so one can use any Bluetooth-enabled smart phone with the SP-900BT to wirelessly play music anywhere. Additionally, it employs a driver unit that delivers two watts of sound output. The built-in lithium battery can be charged through an USB port.  For additional functionality, the SP-900BT becomes a hands-free device for voice conferencing when you connect the device to a smart phone. Genius SP-900BT speaker is priced at Rs 4,000 and is available in black and white colours. It come with a warranty period of  one year, and is available ex-stock.

Back in December, Inspan had launched the HS-905BT Bluetooth stereo headset from Genius. The HS-905BT is a portable Bluetooth stereo headset with a clip-on design for mobile phones, iPads, tablet PCs, or other music devices. It features Bluetooth's advanced audio distribution profile (A2DP), which can stream songs from Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones or music devices. Once paired with the headset, the phone or music device can be used to control the song’s playback. When receiving a call on their Bluetooth-enabled phone, users will hear a ringtone on their headset. They can pick up the call via the headset and return to the music after ending the call.

As part of the features, the device comes with 10 meters Bluetooth range with a music playback time of up to six hours and a standby time of up to 165 hours. It comes with a 95mAh battery with a two hour charging time. The Bluetooth version is 2.1+EDR with A2DP as well as headset and hands-free profiles.

One unit of the device consists of earphones, a 60cm extension cable, a USB charging cable, a pouch and a multi-language quick guide. The Genius HS-905BT Bluetooth stereo headset is priced at Rs 2,900. This product comes with a warranty period of one year and available ex-stock.
