The first "made in India" operating system Indus OS on Wednesday announced its partnership with PicsArt -- a photo editing, drawing and collage-making app -- to make it available in 12 regional languages. “Our vision is to create a localised smartphone ecosystem of choice for smartphone users. It is imperative that we make the best of apps available to our users in their preferred languages,” Rakesh Deshmukh, CEO, Indus OS, said in a statement.More than 4.5 million Indus OS users can now edit their photos to express their personal style, Deshmukh added.
