Images and specifications of what appears to be a Huawei Mate 9 have surfaced online. If the leaks are to be believed, we can expect the Mate 9 in at least 6 colours and packed to the gills with the very best hardware you can think of.Huawei is among the largest smartphone makers in the world, but what really put it on the roadmap is its recent partnership with camera legend Leica. The Mate 9 takes advantage of that partnership to allegedly throw in a Leica-branded dual-rear camera setup with an f/2.0 aperture for both lenses. In terms of specifications, the leaked phone seems to be packing in an unannounced Kirin 960 chip that features ARM’s latest Cortex-A73 cores. The phone will apparently be available in at least 3 configurations at various price points.
