HTC Announces the Sensation
After appearing in leaked images, the handset is all set to make a Sensation.

This was on the cards really. We already read and saw about the HTC Sensation (or Pyramid, if that’s what you remember best), the last being a speculation about the smartphone going official. However, the speculation seems to be true now and the Sensation has finally gone official.

Sensation-al news...
The smartphone is said to be similar to the HTC Evo 3D apart from its 3D capabilities. It runs on a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, an Adreno 220 GPU that gives a boost to its graphic capabilities and has a Gorilla Glass encased display. The Sensation runs on Android Gingerbread with their customized HTC Sense UI running on top. It has the following specifications:
- 4.3-inch LCD Touchscreen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels
- 3G, Wi-Fi, DLNA, Wi-Fi Hotspot, GPS with A-GPS
- Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP
- 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and dual LED flash
- Secondary VGA camera
- 3.5 mm audio jack
- Stereo FM with RDS
- Memory expandable up to 32 GB with 8 GB bundled

Like the Evo but for 3D capabilities
There’s no word about how much the Sensation is priced at. However, it’s being touted to release globally sometime in May. Stay tuned for updates on the Sensation.
