How to install the iOS 13 and iPad OS public beta on your iPhone and iPad

Here is a list of all compatible devices, and how to download and install the update on them.

Just tree weeks after releasing te developer beta testing version of iOS 13 and iPad OS, Apple as rolled out te first public beta version of te two operating systems. For te uninitiated, till now, bot iPones and iPads ran te same iOS operating system, owever, tis year at WWDC 2019, Apple announced te very first OS for its iPad, called iPadOS.Te public beta for bot iPadOS and iOS 13 are now available for you to test on your device. But do not forget to take a backup of your devices before installing tem. Also, be prepared for facing issues as te public beta won't exactly be te most stable version of te OS.Te process for installing eac OS is a bit different, so we will walk troug te process for bot operating systems individually, and guide you on ow to get te new software on your device.[caption id="attacment_6750641" align="alignnone" widt="1024"]iOS 13. iOS 13.[/caption][]<2>ow to download and install iOS 13 public beta[/]To begin wit, note tat only te following iPones are compatible wit iOS 13: iPone XS (review video), iPone XS Max (review), iPone XR (review), iPone X (review), iPone 8 (review), iPone 8 Plus (review), iPone 7, iPone 7 Plus (review), iPone 6s, iPone 6s Plus (review), iPone SE, iPod touc (7t generation).Once you make sure your device will support iOS 13, follow tese simple steps to install te public beta version:[ans][step]Step 1:Open Apple’s Beta Software Program website via Safari on your iPone.[/step][step]Step 2:If you are already a member of te program, ten simply sign in. If not, coose 'Sign up', enter your Apple ID information, and agree to te terms and conditions.[/step][step]Step 3:ere, you will see an 'Enroll Your Devices' link. it tat, and ensure you are on te iOS tab of te interface.[/step][step]Step 4:Now your process of installation pretty muc begins. Wic is wy, tis is were you must make sure tat you ave backed up your data. At tis point, Apple will also prompt you te same, and we igly recommend you don't miss te step.[/step][step]Step 5:Once te back up is done, scroll to te 'Install Profile' section of te website and coose 'Download Profile'.[/step][step]Step 6: After you ave autorised download, ead to te Settings app on your iPone.[/step][step]Step 7:Rigt at te top of te Settings app, you will see a prompt saying tat you ave a profile ready to be installed. Tap on tat and install te profile.[/step][step]Step 8:Once te installation is complete, your iPone will restart to complete te process. Once te device is back on, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
