Grand Theft Auto 5 beats FIFA and Black Ops 2 in Amazon's all-time game sales list
The fact that Grand Theft Auto 5 has been a success is no secret. If what Amazon UK says is true, however, GTA5’s...

The three heroes(?) breaking records
One of the primary reasons why this is so astounding is because the game, in the month since its launch, has overtaken three FIFA titles, the wildly successful Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, and last year’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which was the highest-selling game of its time. While specific numbers for GTA5 aren’t available, it would be somewhere upwards of 2.6 million copies, since MCV UK’s charts list out Black Ops 2’s figures as 2,672,364, and FIFA 13 as 2,601,877, both of which were beaten by GTA5.
Last week, it was revealed that GTA 5 broke seven Guiness world records, including the highest revenue generated by an entertainment product in 24 hours and the fastest entertainment property to gross $1 billion. It isn't surprising, considering all the hype that was built around the game up to its launch. It also helps that since we are almost at the end of this generation of consoles, the number of people owning an Xbox 360 or a PlayStation 3 is the highest it has ever been.

Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns.
