Gears of War 2 Announced
More Gears of War action this November...

Microsoft today announced at the Game Developers Conference 2008 what most of us expected after playing through Gears of War the first time; a sequel that’s set to hit the Xbox 360 by November 2008 (expect a PC port a year later).
While absolutely nothing regarding gameplay was announced or shown, Cliff Bleszinski, the game’s lead designer (who by the way we interviewed here) claims Gears 2 will "delve deeper into humanity’s struggle for survival against the nightmarish Locust Horde". He also feels that GoW 2 will turn out to be is "an even bigger, better, and more badass experience than the first game".
We’ll keep you updated as and when we come across anything ourselves.
