Being a rock star is not cheap, even if you want to do it on your gaming console.

People have been waiting for this news for a while now, but it looks like the wait is going to be further extended. Fans and wannabe rock stars will have to wait till the 1st of January, 2011 to pre-order this baby, and the release date is the 1st of March 2011.

The price is a whopping $280, which is almost double compared to the original controller. But you can’t put a price on a real guitar which can also be used as a controller. Hardcore Guitar Hero fans will be waiting in line to get this one.
