Facebook Status Update Used to Fight Crime

Just when you thought Facebook couldn't be a more useless waste of time, a status update was used to fight crime. Student Nitesh Bhakta thought quick while his house was being burgled and his grandmother and sister was tied up. He grabbed his laptop, ran up to his attic and updated his status saying, “HELLLLLLLLP!". A lot of his friends responded to his status by commenting but his best friend immediately called 911. THe police made it to Bhakta's house in time to catch one of three burglars and are on the hunt for the remaining two. This worked out pretty well for him and definitely makes you think about what one would do in that situation.
