Creative Technology Ltd. has unveiled the Creative DiVi CAM 525D, a multi-functional mini digital camcorder that comes packed with a full suite of multimedia features including high-quality movie recording, real-time TV recording, 5-megapixel digital camera, and an MP3 player, voice recorder and webcam.Creative DiVi CAM 525D allows users to make high quality recordings even with unsteady hands. It's able to record MPEG-4 movies in 640 x 480 resolution at a smooth 30 frames per second speed. The Night Mode feature enables users to take high quality videos even under very poor lighting conditions. The Audio/Video In capability allows users to record video from any external sources (TV, DVD player, VCR, Cable Set-top box, etc.) in real time, which means that users can record their favorite TV shows or blockbusters and view it at their desired time on the 2.5" LCD screen.Taking pictures is a breeze with the 5 Megapixel CCD sensor, which can be increased to 11 Megapixels using the in-cam interpolation. 8X digital zoom is available for easy long distance photo taking.It comes with a high capacity (1100mAh) Li-ion rechargeable battery, which can last for hundreds of photo shots or hours of video on a single charge.
