CM Storm of the Cooler Master Group recently announced a gaming case called Stryker. The company claims that this PC cabinet is the first in its class to include an ultra-strong grab-handle that allows gamers to travel with their system configurations easily. The CM Storm Stryker includes features designed for gaming enthusiasts, such as full dust filters, an inbuilt fan controller, an external SSD drive hot-swap dock and two uniquely designed modular hard drive cages. This gives it the ability to adapt to workstation or water-cooled gaming configurations easily.

Available in India
The fully-modular HDD case design delivers versatility. The two modular cages can take four hard disc drives and a 120 mm fan each, and can be rotated either front to back or side to side. If required, they can be completely removed altogether, which the manufacturer claims is a first on any chassis till date. The complete removal of a hard disc drive cage enables a water-cooling radiator to be mounted vertically. Apart from this, the CM Storm Stryker has nine expansion slots, providing support for multi-GPUs in SLI or Crossfire, space for up to fourteen hard drives and a motherboard tray that supports up to XL-ATX.
The CM Storm Stryker offers cable management options that lend a neat look and lead to a properly ventilated system. Smartly engineered cutouts guide the cables where they are intended, reducing clutter. A great deal of hardware can be mounted tool-free and this helps in saving time and energy. The CM Storm Stryker comes with a small drawer hidden behind a faceplate for keeping utility items like screwdriver, cables etc.
Here is a quick look at the highlighted features of the CM Storm Stryker:
- Stylish black and white design with mesh front panel provides constant cooling
- Top ultra-strong carrying handle with rubber coating
- The unique 90 degree rotatable 5.25-inch/3.5-inch Combo Cages offer flexibility for installation
- Rich I/O support with two USB 3.0 super speed ports (int.) and 9+1 expansion slots for great expandability
- The fan speed can be adjusted on the front panel
- The internal tool box and Storm Guard bracket help gamers secure their peripherals
- Supports the longest graphics cards, including AMD Radeon HD 7970 and NVIDIA GTX 690
The CM Storm Stryker is priced in India at Rs. 14,500 and comes with a one-year warranty. It is available ex-stock and is distributed by Acro Engineering Company.
