Call of Juarez: The Cartel Announced
Battle it out on the US border as the Call of Juarez series hits modern day Mexico.
Ubisoft’s underrated but awesome Call of Juarez series is heading to modern times via their latest title, Call of Juarez: The Cartel. Developed by Techland once again, The Cartel will allow players to shuttle between modern day Los Angeles, California and Juarez, Mexico as they either side with or take out some sort of drug cartel. Expect a full-fledged reveal in this month’s Electronic Gaming Monthly (EGM).
Reach for the sky
If you haven’t played previous Call of Juarez we suggest you give them a shot. While the first game stumbled a bit when it came to pacing, the second one dubbed Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood improved upon nearly every screw up, delivering a high octane, explosive shooter.__STARTQUOTE__Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is a marked improvement over the first game. Techland has fine tuned many gameplay aspects to make this game thoroughly entertaining. They’ve axed the annoying bits and replaced it with high production values and balls to the wall gunplay.
