Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite is official with Snapdragon 425 and 13 MP front camera for about $ 156

Asus has not revealed the pricing and availability details for the Selfie Lite though the device is expected to be priced between PHP 7,995 and PHP 8,995.

Asus has announced its upcoming budget smartphone, the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite.[caption id="attachment_4123501" align="alignleft" width="380"]Image credit: Asus Image credit: Asus[/caption]The company released the details for Selfie Lite on its Philippine website alongwith hardware specifications. Asus has not revealed the pricing and availability details for the Selfie Lite though the device is expected to be priced between PHP 7,995 (approx Rs 10,300) and PHP 8,995 (approx Rs 11,500) and it will go sale sometime this month.The Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset with a quad-core processor with Adreno 308 GPU and 2 GB RAM. The device will come in two variants, 16 GB and 32 GB internal storage with expandable storage up to 2 TB. It packs a 2.5D 5.5-inch IPS display panel that comes with 400 nits of screen brightness and a Bluelight filter. Asus has added Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, FM, microUSB port, 3.5-mm headphone jack, and dual nano SIM slots along with a dedicated microSD card slot as connectivity options.[caption id="attachment_4123497" align="alignnone" width="1280"]Image credit: Asus Image credit: Asus[/caption]Asus has packed a 13 MP camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a LED flash on the front for better selfies. The device also comes with a 13 MP camera on the back. According to a report by GSMArena, two existing Asus selfie devices sport a Snapdragon 430 while the Selfie Pro packs Snapdragon 625.
