Apple WWDC 2014 keynote address now available on YouTube
Apple's keynote addresses are never streamed-live for everyone but it seems this time Apple has gone ahead and uploaded the video on YouTube, just two hours after the event.
Apple's WWDC keynote address was on Monday night India Time and for most users who wanted to watch the address live, it was only accessible if they had an Apple device such as an iPad or iMac. The video is close to two hours long and has Apple's CEO Tim Cook, along with 'Superman' for the company Craig Federighi showcasing iOS 8, OS X 10.10 Yosemite and more. The YouTube video is available in resolutions up to 720p, although Apple has a full HD version on its site. Apple showcased iOS 8 which comes with the new HealthKit app, HomeKit app, a better predictive keyboard to name a few new features. To know all the features of iOS 8, you can read our piece here. Apple also launched OS X 10.10 Yosemite which has the Spotlight bar in the centre, along with a Notifications Centre that looks more in sync with the iOS design. The Cupertino company also showcased Continuity which is the ability to sync data, calls, messages across Apple devices from iPhone to iPads to Macs.
