Apple Watch Nike+ Edition to be available in India from 28 October

The Apple Watch series 2 Nike edition will be available in India from 28 October, according to updated information on its web site. Space Grey and Silver Aluminium colour options are available at launch. The Space Grey version is available with Black/Volt and Black/Cool Grey straps, while the Silver Aluminium version is available with Flat Silver/White or Flat Silver/Volt Nike sport bands. More colours and bands are expected to be available later on.The watch has a subscription to the Nike+ Run Club, which is a networking platform for running enthusiasts. The Nike+ Run Club app helps runners to speed up by allowing runners to compare performances and motivate each other. The Nike edition has exclusive watch faces with a custom complication for the Nike+ Run Club. The watch has an in built GPS, and is water resistant up to 50 metres. The band is made out of fluoroelastomer and is perforated to reduce the weight.The watch has all the capabilities of the Apple Watch Series 2 and pairs with the iPhone 5 or later models. Some features may not be available in local regions and languages. The 38mm case size sells for Rs 32,900 and the 42mm case size is available for Rs 34,900. The models will be available at various retail outlets including Apple authorised sellers, and Nike outlets.
