Apple has increased the cellular download limit for apps on the App Store. An update posted by the company on the it's Developer's blog mentioned that the download limit has been increased to 150 MB from the previous download limit of 100 MB. The increase in download limit will let users download more apps through their cellular network on the App Store.Why Apple is still restricting the size of downloads on the App Store and in the TV app is still a mystery to us. We've moved well past the age of severely limited connections, even in a "third world" country like India. To download an app over 150 MB in size, or to download a movie or TV show, you must use a Wi-Fi network. There is literally no other option. This silliness is further exacerbated by the fact that you can still download the same data on your Mac if you tether your iPhone to it. The prices of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are expected to start from Rs 64,000 in India.
