Android Wear 2.0 third dev preview brings Play Store on your wrist, public release delayed to 2017

After over two months from the previous preview, Google outs the third developer preview of the upcoming Android Wear 2.0.The big update comes into the form of support for Google Play Store, that literally brings the Play Store to your wrists. This means, users dont need their smartphones to help put apps on the watch. The Play Store for Android Wear easily allows users to install apps right on the wearable. This also means, if you want a specfic app on your watch, but not on the smartphone, then it is now possible.The Play Store for Android Wear shows recommended apps and lets your search and discover new ones using voice, handwriting and so on. My Apps view lets users manage what's installed. Some other changes include tweaks to scrollable lists, notifications, and smart replies. However, the feedback on the beta was not positive and there will now be a fourth preview, pushing the final release to 2017.
