ADATA announces the XPG DDR3L Gaming Memory for Mobile Computing

ADATA today, introduced a distinctive low voltage overclocking memory for notebook computers, the XPG DDR3L 1600G SO-DIMM. The high performance memory modules have a clock frequency of 1600MHz and have a timing of 9-9-9-24, this coupled with a low operating voltage of 1.35v ~ 1.4V are perfect for those who want high performance, but at the same time want energy efficient components.

Fast and efficient

With the high demand for mobile computing, and the growing trend of environmentally friendly power solutions on the rise, the target of major manufacturers is to improve notebook performance while extending battery life. The ADATA XPG DDR3L 1600G SO-DIMM runs at low operating voltage of 1.35 ~ 1.4 volts for reduced power consumption and extension of the laptop's battery life for longer mobile computing.

The XPG DDR3L SO-DIMM lineup includes an 8GB dual channel kit and 4GB single channel kit to meet the large capacity memory demands of high-end mobile computing. They also support Intel XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) which help in easy configuration for power users.

The ADATA XPG DDR3 will be available in 8GB Dual Channel and 4GB Single Channel kits. While ADATA haven’t disclosed the prices as of yet, we will be updating them as soon we get them.
