Sharp has planned an announcement for a couple of bezel-less smartphones and there has been an image leaked in China, supposedly of one of the devices.

On 17 July, 2017, Sharp has planned an announcement for a couple of bezel-less smartphones and as we get near to the launch date there has been an image leaked in China, supposedly of one of the devices. After viewing the leaked photo there seems to be an uncanny resemblance to the teaser photo of the Essential phone by Android co-founder Andy Rubin. The phone seems to incorporate the front camera via a cutout in the middle of the screen on top. The phone may even have the fingerprint sensor installed at the back rather than under the screen, claims the source of the leaked image.
Sharp's bezel-less handsets will bear the model numbers FS8010 and FS8016 wherein the former will be having a Snapdragon 660 chipset while the latter will be having Snapdragon 830.Both the phones are slated to have a 5.5-inch FullHD touchscreen, dual 12 MP rear cameras, 8 MP front shooters, 4 or 6 GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. Android 7.1.1 Nougat will be installed on the devices. This leak comes after the Japanese electronics company launched its second smartphone under the Android One scheme, dubbed as the X1 . The phone had been launched in Japan with a price tag of JPY 70,524 which is roughly Rs 40,500.
