Micromax's big plans: Russia launch, 4G devices and Windows phone
Indian-smartphone manufacturer, Micromax could soon launch a 4G-enabled device, and a new Windows Phone device, according to a report in the Economic Times.

Micromax is currently the second-highest-selling brand of smartphones in India, after Samsung and the company has been increasing its market share at a steady pace.The company recently launched the Canvas Turbo smartphone which has a full HD screen, a quad-core processor and a 13 megapixel camera.Micromax has priced this smartphone at Rs 19,990 and is now eager to shed its image of the cheap, brand. Flagship smartphones from Micromax are no longer priced under Rs 15, 000 as it was with the Canvas HD. The Canvas 4 was priced close to Rs 18,000 at the time of launch.
