We respect SC order on Devinder Singh Bhullar, says Congress

New Delhi: The Congress on Friday said it respected the Supreme Court order dismissing the plea of 1993 Delhi bomb blast convict Devender Pal Singh Bhullar, challenging the rejection of his mercy plea by the president.[caption id="attachment_696542" align="alignleft" width="380"] Rashid Alvi.
