SP parliamentary board meet on Wednesday

The party hopes to get a clear majority in the state on its own.

Lucknow: The Samajwadi Party will hold its Parliamentary Board meeting on Wednesday to decide its chief ministerial candidate."The parliamentary board of the party will meet tomorrow at 11am during which name of the party chief ministerial candidate will be decided," party spokesman Ram Gopal Yadav said.[caption id="attachment_235907" align="alignleft" width="380" caption="On a high. PTI"][/caption]The party would get an absolute majority in the state and would form the next government, he added. When asked about an alliance with Congress, Yadav said that SP would continue support to the UPA government. Mulayam Singh Yadav would be the next chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav said in reply to a question."There is no dispute on the post. Mulayam will be the next chief minister," he said. PTI
